Yes. All HeyTeaTea blends are made using organically sourced herbs from trusted suppliers. Each herb is carefully reviewed and tested to ensure purity, freshness, and sustainability before being included in your blend.
Every herb is reviewed for potential contraindications (interactions with medications or conditions) before it’s added to a blend. Our goal is to create teas that are both safe and supportive of your wellness. However, if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use.
Most of our herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free, (for example, blends with green or black tea bases ususally have caffeine).
To keep your tea fresh, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Our airtight glass jars and kraft bags are designed to help preserve both flavor and herbal potency.
When stored properly, HeyTeaTea blends maintain their best flavor and effectiveness for up to 12–24 months.
All HeyTeaTea blends are handcrafted in small batches in Dallas, Texas. We take pride in creating every mix with intention, care, and consistency — so every cup feels personal.
Absolutely. Many of our blends are made for daily enjoyment and gentle, long-term balance. For more targeted blends (like detox, hormone balance, or sleep support), we recommend taking short breaks after consistent use to give your body time to reset.
Most of our teas are unsweetened and contain no artificial additives or preservatives. We have a couple of everyday blends that may have agave or rock sugars. For most of our tea blends you can add your own natural sweeteners such as honey, agave, or lemon for taste. Please read the ingredients.
No not at this time! Check out all of our blends (over 35 blends). I am sure there is something there for you. If not, reach out and we can talk about it.
Some herbs are not recommended during pregnancy or for children. Each blend includes a “use with caution” note where applicable. Always consult your healthcare provider before introducing new herbs during pregnancy or for young children.
