 All HeyTeaTea orders are hand-packed and shipped from Dallas, Texas, with love and care. Each package is sealed to protect freshness and ensure your tea arrives in perfect condition.


 

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after purchase.
Delivery times vary based on location:

  • U.S. standard shipping: 3–7 business days
     
  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days
     

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.


 At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request — please contact us before placing an international order to confirm rates and restrictions. 


 We know how important your order is. If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please email us at [shopheyteatea@gmail.com]. We’ll help track it down and work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


 Due to the nature of our herbal and food-based products, we cannot accept returns once a package has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit. 


 If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes. 


 We’re so sorry if that happens! Please send a quick message to [shopheyteatea@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll promptly send you the correct item — no extra charge. 


 Your order is packaged with eco-friendly materials and sealed in air-tight jars or resealable kraft bags to preserve freshness. We take pride in making every delivery feel like a personal gift from us to you.
